CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

No late entries accepted under any circumstance, no exceptions.

All SMNE Meets follow the SNSW No Refund Policy.

This meet is open to all “Full Swimmer” members of an SMNE Club.  Any swimmer found to be a Primary member of another Area will be scratched without refunds.

SEATING & COVID SAFETY

In the interest of social distancing, it is highly recommended that only one spectator per swimmer attends.  Please ensure you remain at least one seat away from your neighbours unless from the same household and try to ensure you only sit with the Club you are associated with.

If you or a family member have tested positive or are meant to be isolating you must not attend.  If you experience any symptoms on the day you must return a negative RAT test or not attend.

MARSHALLING

Assisted self-marshalling will be employed at this meet.  This means the swimmer should know exactly what Event #, Heat and Lane they are in for each event before presenting to the marshalls.  It’s a good idea to write these down on the swimmer’s arm on the day (see below).  Swimmers should keep an eye on the results board and be ready in marshalling to checkstart when their event is about to be called up.
