• Minimum Age: 9 Years (as at 22nd August 2025)
• Maximum Age: 13 years 
• Swimmers who turn 14 between 23rd August 2025 and 13th September 2025 (inclusive) will swim at the Youth State Age championships as a 13 year old.
• **Please note, swimmers are only permitted to swim at one (1) State Age Championship within the Short Course Season – this includes relays
