The 15th Annual General Meeting of Swimming Metro North East Inc. will be held on Thursday 27th June, 2024 – refreshments @6:30 for a 7pm start.

SMNE requires a notice of intention to attend the General Meeting to be sent to the Secretary for each Club delegate at least seven days prior to the AGM. This can be filled out online: HERE

Nominations for Board Positions

All Board positions will become vacant at the AGM, we are seeking volunteers who would like to help steer the direction of SMNE to join the SMNE Board.

In accordance with the constitution, should you wish to nominate for any positions, please complete the attached online form: HERE

Applications will be received up to and prior to 5pm on 26th June, 2024.

Nominations for Club Delegate

Each SMNE Club is entitled to nominate one person as their Club delegate to have a vote at SMNE AGMs. Please click HERE to nominate.

Notices of Motion from Clubs and/or the SMNE Board for inclusion at the AGM will be received up to and on the 28th May, 2024.
