SMNE Development Skills Clinics – Lane Cove Aquatic

These clinics will focus on long course race skills and the application of technology in Swimming.
Understanding how to use technology to support training and reinforce skills can be of great benefit to athletes.
Visual and quantitative data leaves nothing to chance and gives real-time feedback to the athlete and coach regarding performance efforts.
Athletes will have the chance to work with Bio mechanic Gio Postiglione and experience the latest in swim technology EO SwimBetter.
These clinics will be held in the outdoor pool so swimmers should dress appropriately for an outdoor venue.
COST: $35 per swimmer
VENUE: Lane Cove Aquatic Centre (outdoor pool)
2 hour skills clinics will be held in three groups as follows:
Junior 8-12 Years – 10am-12pm
Age 13-15 Years – 12pm-2pm
Senior 16 Years & Over – 2pm-4pm

NOTE: Swim Central will ask you to select 400FR to register. There is no racing on the day and the 400FR entry is simply the method by which you need to register, you will not be asked to swim 400FR.
