A fantastic morning of fun and racing was had at our inaugural SMNE OLYMPIC DREAMS Development Meet. 125 Athletes (8-12 years old) from 10 SMNE Clubs represented their chosen Countries in 50m and 100m events.
Mosman represented France (honouring their French coach Quentin), Terrey Hills presented Australia, KPSC represented Italy, Lane Cove represented Sweden, and Warringah represented New Zealand and even managed to get “Warringah/New Zealand” caps created to really get into the spirit!
The morning of fun racing culminated in the awesome exciting Skins event which saw 16 swimmers race in 4 rounds of 50 Free with 2 swimmers knocked out in each round until the final 2 winners were announced.
