Annual General Meetings
Annual General Meetings are held annually as a face to face meeting between May and August. All SMNE Clubs are encouraged to appoint a Club delegate to SMNE.

2026 AGM – September Date to be confirmed
The 17th Annual General Meeting of Swimming Metro North East will be held at 7:30pm on Wednesday date to be confirmed, in the Forest Room at Forestville RSL Club (22 Melwood Ave, Forestville).
Delegates and other attendees are encouraged to join the SMNE Board for a pre-meeting drink at 7pm.
SMNE requires that each Club Delegate submit their notice of intention to attend, at least seven days prior to the AGM. This can be submitted online: Click HERE

Nominations for Director positions
All Director positions will be declared vacant at the AGM. If you are interested in joining the Board, please complete the online nomination form: Click HERE
Applications will be received up to 5pm on date to be confirmed. Late applications cannot be accepted.
Notices of Motion
Notices of Motion from Clubs and/or the SMNE Board for inclusion at the AGM will be received up to and on the date to be confirmed. Late notices of motion cannot be accepted.
