Annual General Meetings
Annual General Meetings are held annually as a face to face meeting between May and August. All SMNE Clubs are encouraged to appoint a Club delegate to SMNE.

2026 AGM – Monday 28th September 7:00pm for 7:30pm
The 17th Annual General Meeting of Swimming Metro North East will be held at 7:00pm for 7:30pm on Monday 28th September, in the Forest Room at Forestville RSL Club (22 Melwood Ave, Forestville).
Delegates and other attendees are encouraged to join the SMNE Board for a pre-meeting drink at 7pm.
SMNE requires that each Club Delegate submit their notice of intention to attend, at least seven days prior to the AGM. This can be submitted online: Click HERE
