Annual General Meetings
Annual General Meetings are held annually as a face to face meeting between May and August. All SMNE Clubs are encouraged to appoint a Club delegate to SMNE.

2025 AGM – Tuesday 1st July 2025
The 16th Annual General Meeting of Swimming Metro North East will be held at 7:30pm on Tuesday 1 July 2025, in the Forest Room at Forestville RSL Club (22 Melwood Ave, Forestville).
Delegates and other attendees are encouraged to join the SMNE Board for a pre-meeting drink at 7pm.
SMNE requires that each Club Delegate submit their notice of intention to attend, at least seven days prior to the AGM. This can be submitted online: HERE

Nominations for Director positions
All Director positions will be declared vacant at the AGM. If you are interested in joining the Board, please complete the online nomination form: HERE
Applications will be received up to 5pm on 18 June 2025. Late applications cannot be accepted.
Notices of Motion
Notices of Motion from Clubs and/or the SMNE Board for inclusion at the AGM will be received up to and on the 31 May 2025. Late notices of motion cannot be accepted.
