The 14th Annual General Meeting of Swimming Metro North East Inc. will be held on Wednesday 19th July, 2023 at 7pm.

To be held in the Private Function Room, Level 1, Greengate Hotel, Pacific Highway, Killara.

SMNE requires a notice of intention to attend the General Meeting to be sent to the Secretary for each Club delegate at least seven days prior to the AGM. This can be filled out online: HERE

Nominations for Board Positions

All Board positions will become vacant at the AGM, we are seeking volunteers who would like to help steer the direction of SMNE to join the SMNE Board.

In accordance with the constitution, should you wish to nominate for any positions, please complete the attached online form: HERE

Applications will be received up to and prior to 5pm on 12th July, 2023.

Notices of Motion

Notices of Motion from Clubs and/or the SMNE Board for inclusion at the AGM will be received up to and on the 26th of June, 2023.
