SMNE JAARs Development Clinic – Lane Cove Aquatic

This 2-day Development Clinic is for swimmers aged 10-12 years (at 23 March 2024) who qualify for NSW Junior State Age Championships. Entries will be checked and swimmers withdrawn if they do not meet the criteria.
WHEN: Monday 22nd January – Tuesday 23rd January 9:30am-12:00pm each day.
LOCATION: Lane Cove Aquatic Centre
Register via Swim Central (click HERE) – register one time only which includes both days. You do not need to register separately for the 2nd day.
The clinic is targeted to our 10-12yrs Jnr State Age qualifiers.
The clinic will introduce swimmers to the importance of dryland activation before training and competition, nutrition and pool training.
The clinic will be run by coaches: Jacob Curcio (Lane Cove SC) & Sandi Edwards (Warringah SC)
and assisted by SMNE Open Swimmers Cal Fenwick-Kearns, Tim Li and 1 other.
Athlete Places: 50
Cost: $60 total.
